Not sure whether this is really a bug. I noticed that when you purge the SELinux packages the whole /etc/selinux directory is wiped. Is this intended behaviour? I imagine that some people might store their modified and customized policy and other stuff there, which would be gone, too... Maybe only the /etc/selinux/refpolicy-strict etc. subdirectories should be removed, but not the whole /etc/selinux?
