Being at loss on the interpretation of what was important, I had a conversation on #debian-devel-fr with Julien Blache and Pierre Habouzit about it. They told me this note concerned normal administering of my packages. Hence, I agree to its removal, the message left in README.Debian should suffice for users. Note I will not forget a db_purge in the postrm. :)
