Package: python2.3-configlet Version: 2.4 Severity: normal I'm guessing that this is still in transition, but shouldn't python2.3-configlet be co-installable with python2.4 as long as python2.3 is also installed?
localeconf suggests configlet-frontends, which depends on python-configlet. The only version of python-configlet I see is 2.4, but it depends on python2.3-configlet (I suspect this is still in transition). So, with the current dependencies, configlet-frontends cannot be used once python is upgraded to 2.4, even if python2.3 is kept around. ....Marvin -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (700, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.15 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages python2.3-configlet depends on: ii debconf 1.4.30.13 Debian configuration management sy ii debconf-utils 1.4.30.13 debconf utilities ii gksu [gnome-sudo] 1.2.5-3 graphical frontend to su ii imagemagick 7:6.2.4.5-0.8 Image manipulation programs ii python 2.3.5-11 An interactive high-level object-o ii python2.3-glade2 2.8.2-3 GTK+ bindings: Glade support ii python2.3-gnome2 2.12.3-2 Python bindings for the GNOME desk ii python2.3-gtk2 2.8.2-3 Python bindings for the GTK+ widge -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
