Yesterday I stumbled upon the postinst script of this package. After
installing the libs from the lastest release, they were immediately
removed due to my symlinking:

/usr/X11R6/lib links to /usr/lib and
/usr/X11R6/bin links to /usr/bin

So that this would never happen again, it would be very nice if the
postinst script would check if either /usr/X11R6/lib or /usr/X11R6 is a
symlink and leave the libs ontouched if this is the case.

Right now there are still severall packages which require this
symlinking.
