This is a warning message, not a error.  The function
`temp-directory' is used only if XEmacs.

So, you can close this bug, or change the bug title to "easypg:
please suppress a warning message" and set Severity to wishlist.

BTW, the emacsen-install script
`/usr/lib/emacsen-common/packages/install/easypg' has

egrep -s -e "While compiling|\*\*" ${LOG} || /bin/true

which seems to be intended to display error/warning messages.
However, this format doesn't support emacs-snapshot (Emacs 22).

Though I feel displaying warning messages is verbosely...
