At least the officially linked url http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/dists/testing/main/installer-i386/beta3/images/floppy/ provides only cd-drivers.img and net-drivers.img . The daily build does not contain any floppy images http://people.debian.org/~joeyh/d-i/images/daily/ etch beta 2 release seems to provide all images ...
