Would you suggest to change this to 'libsvn-dev | libsvn0-dev (>= 1.2.0)' too, which I think would be a bit odd? I don't quite see the reason yet to use the optional build depedency on libsvn-dev. I intended to replace the build dependency on libsvn0-dev with libsvn-dev (and adapt libsvnqt-dev accordingly) as soon as it hits unstable.
