Package: apt Version: 0.6.45 Severity: minor apt-get -q still produces some progress reports that aren't suitable for logging. These are generally percentage completion indicators which update the percentage complete in place on the screen (using KDE's Konsole, if that matters). Some of these are produced by subprograms that apt-get invokes, I believe (e.g., apt-listchanges).
