Bug#385687: RM: zope2.8 -- RoM; superseeded by zope2.9, last big package depending on python2.3

Hello,

  please remove zope2.8 package from testing/unstable: it has been
superseeded by zope2.9 and it is the last big obstacle before the
python2.3 removal from testing/unstable.

  Almost all the reverse dependencies already have an alternate
dependency on zope2.9.
