Uhhm, that's quite unusual to add menu entries for documentation
that fire up a web browser to external sites.
The default way to bring documentation to users notice is via
doc-base and that's done in the gnumed-doc package. Perhaps
adding a link inside the docs to the wiki might be an apropriate
fix for this problem.
