Looks like it has something to do with your locale
The error string is not translated. I guess it's falling back to Arabic because 
of that.

Can you please paste the output of locale|grep LANGUAGE ?

The window size can be configured from the preferences dialog. I guess it 
shouldn't
allow the user to set a size larger than the screen he has ?
