Not true!

I use aptitude (and only aptitude) to keep my system up to date
since updating from woody to sarge. But when i updated from sarge
to etch some weeks ago the debian menus disappeared and i was
lost until i found the webpage of barry hawkins titled "If your
Debian menu in GNOME ever disappears" so i want to encourage the
wish of an old thread:
