thanks for the patch!
It is applied to the 1-0 branch of Thuban and will appear with
release 1.0.2.
The problem is not relevant for the HEAD (ie. 1.1/1.2) branch
because gdalwarp.cpp has been rewritten and does not have this
macro anymore.
