Package: libid3-3.8.3c2a

Version: 3.8.3-5

There is a new patch available (attached) from the EasyTag project which fixes
unicode support in id3lib. It would be nice to have this fixed in Debian as
well.

This patch was reported available by Tomas Hnyk
<https://launchpad.net/people/thnyk> in a bug report on Ubuntu (Launchpad bug
number 54136 -
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/id3lib3.8.3/+bug/54136]

I hope this patch will be easy to add to the package, as it is something that
will help a lot of users using non-ascii letters in id3 tags.
