I am well aware of the DFSG and I realised that I articulated myself
badly. I am coming from the FSF point of view here and clause
8 ("License Must Not Be Specific to Debian"). I realise it isn't
specific to Debian, but if the FSF considers it non-free, maybe it's
time that Debian follows and at least adds the Artistic Licence 2 so
as to encourage our developers/users to use that instead?
