Can you please let me know the version of debhelper, python and python-support? And also try to remove and reinstall gnome-osd? # apt-get --purge remove gnome-osd Check whether the directory still exists and run dpkg -S /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/gnomeosd # apt-get install gnome-osd Thanks again, Adriaan Peeters
