Package: pmount Version: 0.9.13-1 Severity: wishlist Hi,
I'm using a read-only root filesystem. Therefore my /media is a symlink to /var/media. Hotplugging usb storage devices and mounting the filesystems works nicely. Unfortunately I can unmount the filesystems. pumount complains: > pumount /media/backup Error: mount point /var/media/backup is not below /media/ So, I can unmount such filesystems only as root. It would be nice, if pumount could support symlinks or filesystems mountet under /var/media. cheers, Hp. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17-2-686 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages pmount depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libdbus-1-2 0.62-4 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libhal-storage1 0.5.7.1-1 Hardware Abstraction Layer - share ii libhal1 0.5.7.1-1 Hardware Abstraction Layer - share ii libsysfs2 2.0.0-7 interface library to sysfs pmount recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
