I just noticed that the reported segfault does not occur if I start
qemu without the -kernel-kqemu option, therefore I forwarded the report
to qemu-devel too:

I have no more clues on the 'real culprit' (kqemu? libc6-i686?
hwclock?), but if someone suggests additional (preferably short) tests
which could help finding it, I'd be willing to run them here...
