Package: apt-listbugs

  from /usr/sbin/apt-listbugs:1391

This error happens when I run APT without being connected to the
terminal. In this case, apt-listbugs should check whether it is
connected to a terminal, and just assume yes if the -y flag was
passed to APT otherwise.

Any reason you're not just reading from stdin?
