Upstream Mutt mime.types has it. To add it to Debian or Ubuntu,
please see the package owning mime.types.

It could surely be improved, but it's a quite delicate mechanism, a
carefully equilibrated compromise. Past experiences changing the
text/binary balance always ended fixing one case while breaking others.

Look at sendlib.c functions update_content_info() and
mutt_make_file_attach(), or grep for "(hi|lo)bin". Very roughly, when
control chars are below 10%, it's considered text. If you have an
improvement idea with only positive effects, please speak.

When "in doubt" is the whole point; When doubtless, there is no
problem. This would lead to send some texts as octet-stream, which is
neither good.

This would disallow NULs in text.

Bye! Alain.
