Package: lock-keys-applet Version: 1.0-8 Severity: important Our automated buildd log filter[1] detected a problem that will cause your package to segfault on architectures where the size of a pointer is greater than the size of an integer, such as ia64 and amd64.
lock-keys-applet uses the deprecated gnome_about_new() function, which is not defined if GNOME_DISABLE_DEPRECATED is defined. Unfortunately, we can't just remove GNOME_DISABLE_DEPRECATED from Makefile.in because that causes a different error: /usr/include/libgnomeui-2.0/libgnomeui/gnome-entry.h:63: error: expected specifier-qualifier-list before 'GtkCombo' /usr/include/libgnomeui-2.0/libgnomeui/gnome-entry.h:70: error: expected specifier-qualifier-list before 'GtkComboClass' [1]http://people.debian.org/~dannf/check-implicit-pointer-functions ----- Forwarded message from Build Daemon <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ----- Subject: Log for successful build of lock-keys-applet_1.0-8 (dist=unstable) Date: Sun, 13 Aug 2006 12:36:39 +0000 (UTC) From: Build Daemon <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: undisclosed-recipients: ; X-PMX-Version: 5.1.2.240295, Antispam-Engine: 2.3.0.1, Antispam-Data: 2006.8.13.51932 X-Virus-Scanned: by amavisd-new-20030616-p10 (Debian) at ldl.fc.hp.com X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.0.3 (2005-04-27) on ldl.lart X-Spam-Level: X-Spam-Status: No, score=-1.3 required=3.5 tests=AWL,BAYES_00,UNDISC_RECIPS autolearn=no version=3.0.3 Debian-Buildd-Error: Yes Function `gnome_about_new' implicitly converted to pointer at lock-keys-applet.c:225 ----- End forwarded message ----- -- dann frazier | HP Open Source and Linux Organization -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
