Since cyrus-imapd-2.2.13-5 we support a configurable idle option in imapd.conf. This should also be reflected in cyrus.conf, which still states that IMAP IDLE is not enabled in Debian builds.
In addition, it should probably be noted in imapd.conf that idlemethod idled requires changes in cyrus.conf.
