The m_muttalias module doesn't support the "source" command in an alias file, instead you have to mention all aliases files in the MUTTALIAS_FILES variable (separated by spaces). So what's the value of MUTTALIAS_FILES in your setup or isn't this configured on your system (neither in /etc/lbdbrc nor in ~/.lbdb/lbdbrc)? Maybe the problem depends on your shell?
