$ xsltproc /usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/nwalsh/fo/docbook.xsl \ input.dbk > output.fo Making portrait pages on USletter paper (8.5inx11in) Independent of the content of the system-wide configuration file /etc/papersize (here: a4), the output is always USletter, not e.g. ISO A4.
