Package: aspell
Version: 0.60.4-4
Severity: minor

in tex mode, aspell should ignore most of the stuff leading up to
\begin{document}, except maybe for tags like \title and \footnote.
As it is, it wants to scan things like \hypersetup, which just
doesn't make sense.
