Package: schedutils Version: 1.4.0-1 Severity: important If I use taskset on sarge with a 2.6.16-2-em64t-p4-smp kernel, with 64 bits binaries, it has no effect (dell 1855 2xDual core xeon):
# ./taskset -p 1 11442 pid 11442's current affinity mask: f pid 11442's new affinity mask: f But the same command on a 32 bits sarge with a 2.6.15-1-686-smp kernel is ok. At least one guy seems to have the same problem, and the command seems to work in a 32 bits chroot: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.debian.ports.amd64/16021 Cheers, Ludo -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-1-686-smp Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages schedutils depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-22 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
