Debmirror checks the filesize and redownloads any file that doesn't
match the size given in the index file.

Since both size and md5sum of e.g. buffy_0.11.2-1.diff.gz match when I
wget it manualy I suspect your filesystem could be corrupted.

If fsck reports no problems please check the md5sum and size of the
respective files against the values in Sources.
