Indeed, that's why I retitled that bug report ;-)
'urlbase' => './cgi-bin/bugzilla/'

(the default value) and that's where the problem is. Removing the '.'
in front of that string value makes the login from the 'Home' page
work for me.
Yes, I'll fix that by adding a couple of information about "urlbase" in
README.Debian.
