The evidence that it is a local problem is that neither you nor
upstream can reproduce it.

The evidence that it is not a local problem is that I am not using any
unofficial packages, reinstalling the entire operating system did not
improve things, and no other applications seem to have this problem.

What type of local problem do you think it could be?
