I am about to fix that. Note that there was something going wrong,
the real (updated) instructions on how to build realtime-lsm
are in /usr/share/doc/realtime-lsm/README.Debian,
Thanks, I just read those, and the instructions on getting the kernel
.config right and using make-kpkg to build the kernel seem clear.
the instructions
form /usr/share/doc/realtime-lsm-source/README.Debian are outdated,
therefore the confusing description.
Anyhow I will update the file (both actually, also
/usr/share/doc/realtime-lsm-source/README.Debian) and add instructions
for make-kpkg.
If you could make it clear the two cases of using make-kpkg to build
realtime-lsm (first case being assuming that a new kernel has just been
built and the kernel source tree hasn't been cleaned up, 2nd case
assuming a running kernel with CONFIG_SECURITY_CAPABILITIES=m but no
source tree, therefore requiring unpacking of source, copying of kernel
config as you described in /usr/share/doc/realtime-lsm/README.Debian,
and then
make modules_prepare
), that would be great.
