Hi, thanks for your report. Does restarting apt-proxy clear the problem, or does it happen every time you restart it and then run apt-get?
The logfile doesn't tell me enough about what went wrong. Please could you place this in the logfile, in the [DEFAULT] section: debug = all:9 and then send the log file for the session.
