The manual page /usr/sgare/man/man1/ImageMagick.1.gz is in UTF-8, not
in ISO-8859-1. Man-DB expects the manual page to be in ISO-8859-1,
or to use groff macros for producing non-ASCII characters. Failure to meet
this expectation results in the following minor typo:
"Bézier curves" became "Bézier curces"
Fix: sed -i "s/\xc3\xa9/\\\\['e]/" ImageMagick.1
