I took 5.0.22-3 source code and added "--with-yassl" parameter at "./configure". With that, my libmysqlclient15-dev package has the same problems than 5.0.22-4 to compile Tracker... The source code of Tracker comes from there: http://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software_2fTracker To reproduce the compilation problems on Debian Unstable, you can try to grab the CVS: $ cvs -d ':pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvs/gnome' login (just hit enter) $ cvs -d ':pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvs/gnome' -z3 co tracker and then build it: ./autogen ./configure --prefix=/usr make Dependencies: libdbus-1-2, libdbus-glib-1, libextractor1c2a, libglib2.0-0, libssl-dev, shared-mime-info, libmysqlclient15-off, libmysqlclient15-dev.
