Looks like there are several problems here which may well already be solved in newer version of the packages klibc, initramfs-tools and mdadm. Could you boot the installer with "rescue". This should allow you to enter a chroot on your root file system. Then install the version from unstable for all three packages mentioned above and regenerate the initramfs initrd.
