Coreutils' kill command is only installed on GNU/Hurd. However, it gets installed as /usr/bin/kill, whereas procps installs kill into /bin. I think it would be good to harmonize this and move kill over to /bin on the Hurd as well, e.g. the XFCE4 postinsts call '/bin/kill' explicitely (as I understand it, because kill can also be a shell builtin) and thus XFCE4 fails to install on Debian GNU/Hurd currently.
