um... i just checked the scribus-ng/debian/depend file,
for scribus-ng-1.3.3.2.dfsg/debian/control
it doesn't have liblcms1 (>=1.13) as a dependency.
is there something about the way that dependencies work that i don't
know about (quite likely) - are Depends auto-generated from their
-dev build-depends?
