Hi

My bug reports mixed somewhat different issues. I was complaining that it did not worked with the mouse but back in those time the edit menu copy was greyed out and Alt_c no shown . Out of luck i tried the mouse as it was told it may work (i did not even know if it was then).

However now that i rechecked this version, Alt_C is enough, but i
certainly enjoyed the copy mouse working .

Thanks for the information you gave in this report, i would never
have found out by myself the Alt_r issue .

Still an issue ...
I don't think the woody tag is right as i did not intend for woody
to support that (i used 0.5 from sid). Can you remove it (the
issue apply only to sid by now as it need a gworkspace with copy
support ) ?

This bug report has no woody tag (but #174095 has one).

Wontfix seems good as the report gives usefull information to resolve the
issue , though the issue cannot be fixed by the package itself
(maybe Preferences.app ?).

Yes, with preferences you can easily change the default settings.
Try to choose AltGr (XFree86 4.3+) as one of your First Alternate, it works perfectly here.

Thanks Alban Browaeys

PS: On my xfree86(fr) (pc105) keyboard alt_r is also
ISO_Level3_Shift.i I will try find out if it is the new
standard for Alt_r in xfree/xorg or something specific to non us
keyboards. Maybe copy can be bound to iso_level3 on x 4.3 in
some automated way ...

If you find this info, send it here, and to upstream too

PS
There is a new release of GWorkspace : 0.7.0.
I'm going to package it.
