It seems to be pretty much the same as bug# 377267 -- make-kpkg
fails because it cannot find version in include/linux/version.h
(which doesn't exist yet), except that I have not used --revision
parameter of make-kpkg, but rather set CONFIG_LOCALVERSION in
.config to .`hostname`.1
