etch will default to UTF-8 encoding for almost everything. So
using UTF-8 is a good idea anyway. Still, dia should not crash
on ISO-8859-x filenames. It seems to be a bug in
app/diagram.c:diagram_set_filename() and maybe related to
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=131210
and
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=158381
(no crash there, however!)
