I should have explained that. Sorry. I applied the fix and later
reverted it when I learned that it would be a bad thing to do.

Just changing the "StartupNotify=" parameter seems to work, but
is not correct according to the specification. An application who
sets it to true must also implement a protocol to signalize
the end of the startup. This is not given (or planned) for Liferea.

I'd say won't fix.
