reassign 65487 netkit-telnet-ssl tags 65487 + wontfix thanks Tagging 'wontfix' but leaving open for reference and merging with #143559 because they both aspects of the same thing: Debian should have a SSL enabled telnet[d] with an active upstream as the default telnet.
To do this, someone (possibly me) needs to apply the patches mentioned in #143559 to the latest inetutils.
