Changing the CFLAGS was required to get the package to compile. Removing
obsolete (yes, they are indeed obsolete) local variables from the bottom of
the changelog is one of the tinyest possible changes I can think of for a
package (and it is useful, since it makes the entire parselog
machine-changeable again).
