For such a package, I think you shouldn't use python-support at all. In fact, it doesn't even need to be migrated to the new python policy. Just put "1" in debian/pycompat and use "dh_python -V2.4". Of course, the --noscripts option needs to work and I'll fix it as well. Cheers, -- .''`.
