That won't be sufficient, thanks to archive.debian.org.

Sure.  Put the boot-floppies source in a specified directory on 
ftp.debian.org / archive.debian.org, parallel to the disks-* directories.
"disks-source" if you like.  I already suggested this.

Is any ftpmaster reading this?  :-/  It's not reasonable for the "unstable" 
distribution to be the home of the boot-floppies source for woody, and it 
won't be legally sufficient after woody is removed from the archive and put 
on a different machine, and the solution is really quite simple.
