Could you please post a wider screenshot? In the screenshot you attached
it is not clear what's hiding vim's last line ...

I think I did not express my question clearly. I mean if vim can show
50.4 lines in screen, vim choose to show 51 lines. so the last 0.6
line can't see from screen.
