These lines have made it obvious that the "right" way to be
btmakemetafile is not either set of arguments, but both. Luckily, "http*://"
is easy to detect as not a file, so it will be simple for any btmakemetafile
to support both formats. Thanks to Cameron's research, my position now is
that wishlist may even be overkill, this isn't really a bug at all, but it
would still be nice if "btmakemetafile" had a reliable API.
