Most of k3b bugs in debian aren't related to the package therefore I can
do nothing for them.

No, it isn't. Have a look to debian policy :

"Packages must not depend on packages with lower priority values
(excluding build-time dependencies). In order to ensure this, the
priorities of one or more packages may need to be adjusted."

I'am sorry about that. The best way would be to ask for a change of
cdrdao priority.
