Package: kwin-wayland
Severity: normal

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent 2-minute boot delay and black screen / hang
during the transition to the desktop session on Debian 13 (Trixie) running
KDE Plasma with Wayland.

Hardware Configuration:
- CPU/GPU 1: AMD Raphael (amdgpu)
- GPU 2: Intel Arc B580 (xe driver)
- Display Server: Wayland / SDDM

Symptoms:
During boot, the system hangs for over 2 minutes right before the graphical
session initializes. KWin logs indicate DRM synchronization failures and
OpenGL initialization timeouts due to contention between the xe and amdgpu
DRM devices. Forcing the initramfs to load both modules (xe, amdgpu) early
mitigates the initial module load, but session initialization still suffers
from severe time-outs under Wayland/KWin unless forced to X11.

Could you please advise or investigate how to properly handle device
priority and DRM synchronization for hybrid xe + amdgpu setups in Plasma
Wayland?
