Bug#1119224: jack-audio-connection-kit: Depends on db5.3

Let's remove jack-audio-connection-kit (jack1) for forky.
Most of the reverse dependencies build with jack2 preferrably.
Is there any package in the archive that builds with libjack-dev but not
with libjack-jackd2-dev?
