Source: qprint
Version: 1.1.dfsg.2-2.4
Severity: wishlist
Hi,
I noticed that URLs in qprint packaging data (Homepage, Source in
d/copyright and watch file) are pointing to http instead of https URL.
Moreover lintian raises warning about
obsolete-debian-watch-file-standard and
package-uses-deprecated-debhelper-compat-version.
Admittedly these are all minor packaging issues. My point is rather
that this package could profit from maintenance in Git in the Debian
team on Salsa. This would simplify the work of contributors who have
provided enhancements to this package. I think the Debian Commons
team would be optimal as maintainer of this package.
I'd happily volunteer to migrate the packaging to this team in a Git
repositore inside the Debian team space on Salsa.
Just let me know and I'll do so.
Kind regards
Andreas.
